Dude ways 150 pounds and barely eats anyways. If he weighed 220 he would be singing a different tune. Also he is under 35, you can go on an all pizza diet and not gain weight at that age with workouts. Try that in your plus 40’s and see what you say.

There is misconception that you can just replace meat with vegetables, easy peasy, like drinking 1l of water instead of soda, that’s absolutely not true. when speaking about volume and how much you get from eating that’s 100 g of meat you can’t just replace with 100 g of vegetables and expect the same nutritions. Second not everyone wants to eat vegetables all the time so just because you can replace something with something else it doesn’t mean you have to, and guilt tripping someone with ‘ but I’m saving the planet” is hypocritical when you can help way more by not buying unnecessary items or driving gas car
I dont recommend pita bread (unless it is heated), go for thin tortilla/ Armenian Lavash bread. Much healthier

I live in Norway for 15 years and I never feel so lonely. You talk their lenguaje, you smile and wanna be part of the tribe. You are not Welcome anyway. You’d feel even better if you cut out animal flesh and replaced it with vegan sources of protein like lentils, nuts, tofu, broccoli, etc. Animal products are linked to cancer, heart disease, diabetes and premature aging.

I just now started my break off of social media (instagram) because I noticed it’s been a real distraction in my life in terms of my mental health and I never noticed how much time I spend on it weekly until now so hopefully this works for me 🙏🏽
He has established a good argument for sadness and happiness but clinical depression is not based on values ... it is the result of a chemical imbalance. clinic depression makes it harder to connect despite wanting to do so.
I have been off sugar and carbs for a MONTH! I feel fine, even lost a few pounds, I have no problems brushing off the cravings. (Even though I sell chocolate and candy for a living) but watching Matt eat those donuts .... I was so disappointed to find my mouth watering like crazy....they looked SO yummy! Thank you for also showing that you felt like crap afterwards. That helps drive me past the cravings. Congratulations on your healthy outlook on sugar consumption. .... now, if I could only get my 10 year old to understand it all. Good luck all! 🙌🏼🇨🇦

Tbh, I really wanted to get into this video but the sister's vocals and way of talking drove me away almost instantly! I could not listen any more even tho I wanted to. I am so sorry if I sound rude, I don't mean to. I am just being honest. So my comment is not about the content of the video, but the vocal presentation (?)... Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the latest trend of what I can only describe as 'croaking' and /or 'singing' vocals when communicating by way of speech? (My descriptions). This is especially noticeable in females, but guys also do it. Seems mainly an American trait but I have heard British versions too. But it is def a trend: imagine a UK student talkin 'gansta' if you get my drift. Far from natural linguistics - poss digi-viral, or celebrity-influenced or something. Can't quite place it. To try to describe: the voice and verbal communication on this video begin normally so I have no issue, so I listen intently to what is being said coz I am into the subject. But as the speaker talks towards the end of a sentence, their voice gets deeper and croakier, like they just ate sardines n curry, then smoked a pack of cigs followed by a pint of whisky and it's coming back on them! Repeat: next sentence starts fine n normal - ends deep n croaky. There's another vocal trend-pattern I have noticed that usually accompanies the croak but ends with a higher tone of voice and a question mark(?) but tbh, it is so hard to describe - I can't even be bothered. Sadly the speaker here does that too. I really do apologise for my potentially negative comment on what should have been an enlightening lesson, but this vocal thing bothers me and I felt strong enough and fed up enough to finally say something about it! To me this 'trend' has become so annoying to the point of cringy and is happening too much in tv, social media and yt vids. Folks didn't speak like that before - this is a new thing! Like I say, it has become a trend.. a trend which I personally find off-putting. But that's just me, just me and my opinion, for what it is worth. As I stated earlier, this comment is not about the content of the video which I am sure is good stuff, but hopefully it does explain why I did not continue watching...

One of my favourite memories of Australia was standing in Sydney botanic garden on new years eve, dusk, waiting for the fireworks displays, and flying over me was hundreds of fruit bat's. It was awesome.

My friend isn’t allowed sugar and whenever I go to her house I realise that it isn’t hard to live without sugar. There are so many good snacks without sugar which replace sugary snacks and you’ll forget the craving, there is delicious chocolate without sugar, lots of good food without it, and so many desserts which replace sugary things. If you find it really hard then try drinking water instead of snacking which sometimes makes it easier. If you want to do this challenge then the best thing to do would be to not just get rid of all snacks but instead replace them all with healthier alternatives.
IF works when you have discipline because over time, your body adjusts to it. So for instance, if you're awake in the morning, you can intake water, tea or coffee without additional ingredients that would break your fast. Also, lunch is technically breakfast in this case because breakfast literally indicates the meal or foods that break your fast after a long night! If this helps, here's my eating schedule-- 12:30-1PM breakfast, 3:30-4PM lunch, 6:30-7PM dinner. Whenever you feel like snacking, you'll realize it's boredom snacking as well. Though if you're saying energy for workouts, I do Chloe Ting's intensive workout schedules and adjusting to IF while working out within the fasting period helps me feel more mentally clear and motivated to work out for the food! I mean, of course these are my own thoughts and opinion on my body as I'm an ectomorph on a low-carb diet for health reasons, but I hope this is somewhat insightful to you or others who are on IF!
