If I were to do this challenge here’s what I’d do regarding the base: - I’d make multiple layers of walls so it would take them some time to break through. - I’d dig a pit under the base and cover it with some lava and put a layer of dirt covering that so when they try to dig under the walls they’d fall in (hopefully) - I’d use the first day to arm myself as fast as possible and then explore structures and caves for resources on the following days. Get familiar with the area a little - I’d pick out and area to build and start moving most resources there. - I’d make the “house” a sky base and take full advantage of the limited detection range when in the air. - I’d make a bunker as deep as possible and maybe make more than on area to escape through. (The rail system seemed to work good) - water and lava, especially lava seems to play big parts in keeping away herds - I’d take that man’s meat idc - I’d break any block that could be helpful (red stone, iron ect) even if it was “for decoration” - build better protective area’s for the animals - lights, spam them the less light equals more zombies - since everything is based on sounds for these undead, I’d sneak/shift around a lot since it would probably help - utilitize caves before they become deadly - I’d make a better zombie hole. I’m not sure which versions but making a trap by using signs and putting water on top then making a pit under that with lava so they burn to death without seeing the lava first. I’d do more but it would take a lot to write it all. Also plenty of these situations were circumstantial and only happened because of the circumstances.
