We stretch our entire body! 6min = 12 exercises. Short but beneficial :)
- legs, hips & butt
- tummy
- back & chest
- spine
I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I remember, about 6 months ago I definitely didn't stretch enough. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc.
Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements :)
Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way.

@vanesa No, you will mit get bulky by doing workouts like this, no worries. your will define your body after some time, but you will not getting bulky, that would need hard training not just this workouts

DISCLAIMER: If your lower back hurts when doing the cobra with lifted hip exercise, you are bending your back too much! Lower your hip to the ground and don't bend your elbows too much. It also gets easier and less heavy on your lower back when you slide your hands further to the front of you (away from your body). Be careful with your lower back! You can cause a lot of irritation when you are not careful. Also: To make downdog less irritating for your lower back, keep your knees bend and your feet further away from each other. :)
I was feeling very tired, unmotivated today. Instead of the usual 45 min sweaty plan I picked the 30 min plan, and honestly, feeling so much better now after my workout!!
