This week, I traveled to the beautiful country of Iraq. All my life I'd heard of the war in Iraq and how dangerous it was to visit, but I wanted to go there and explore if for myself to hear the stories that didn't make it into the media. So, along with Drew Binsky, Lexie Alford and Cory Martin, we were taken around Iraqi Kurdistan by our amazing guide, Baderkhan.
Thank you to Lexie Limitless for joining us on this crazy adventure:

KRG is only a small part of IRAQ; you haven't visited IRAQ if you only visited KRG! Revise your title.

    26. مهدي 313

lol. kurds never kicked saddam out of north iraq, opposite they kissed his feet even tho he massacred them, they did not fight him they was slaves for him. i cant believe they have balls to say they kicked that evil bastard saddam out of north iraq lol. there is so many evidence on the internet prooving otherwise and they were kissing his feet lmao.

      1. مهدي 313

@Hawbash Kurd p.s do not let the zionist cheat you. they do not wish any good for you. wallah trust me. and everyone you see that support the zionist or is being supported by them, no matter, arab, kurd, turk and so on, then do not trust them no matter what their goal/agenda is. remember that.

      2. مهدي 313

@Hawbash Kurd i do not regonize any country by the way. only allahs earth and when imam al mahdi comes, we will in sha allah create the true islamic ummah nation, forget kurdistan, iraq, syria turkey and all that. muslim, al islam, nothing else. يا العلي مددددددددددددددد

      3. Hawbash Kurd

@مهدي 313 Yes, because they gave us a no-flyzone order. We have been without terror in comparison with Baghdad for more than 30 years. And stop saying "the north" for god's sake, it has its name in the Iraqi constitution and its name is Kurdistan Region. What we did was wise and rational, and we are not the only middle eastern power to do that. Jordan, UAE, Saudi, they all did that in the past

      4. مهدي 313

@Hawbash Kurd i misunderstood. yes the kurds in the north and the arabs in the south did a great job in fighting saddams army and weakning it, but what the kurds did afterwards is what is wrong. they sided with the americans and zionists. and that is unacceptable.

      5. Hawbash Kurd

@مهدي 313 I never said we kicked Saddam out personally and single-handedly, But we definitely kicked out and lowered Baathist Army's authorities in the Kurdistan region. for example the famous Battle of Sulaymaniyah became the result of taking the "Bloody Prison" and winning the battle despite the odds and there had been similar battles throughout the history of Kurdish struggle in Kurdistan region. We never kissed Saddam's feet, except some jash (traitors) which their loyalties were only to money and betrayed Saddam as well as soon as they knew his time was over

    29. Ahmed

Please do not repeat the word Iraq ... You are here in the land of the Kurds (Kurdistan) and we are the people of Kurdistan, "most of us" do not like to hear the word Iraq on its land, because we have been subjected to injustice and persecution at the hands of the Iraqis .... and also because we deserve to be an independent state as a natural right We have (self-determination), and this is what Iraq and the neighboring countries do not want

    30. Megan Jacobs

What a different perspective you guys have given on the Middle East... makes me happy and sad at the same time. I live in the states and was a young adult when 9/11 happened. It truly had skewed my thoughts on the Middle East in such an unfair and biased way. Thank you for sharing this.

    31. TheNoobPlayer

    36. R82CLTD Rebellious

Kurdistan for independence from Iraq Iran Turkey the time has come to give the kurds a homeland they can call their own country shame on the British and French governments of the 1920s for not giving the kurds their own country

    37. R82CLTD Rebellious

Southern Iraq holds so many bad memories for me. The fight for basra opened my eyes to war as a fresh 18 year old just out of basic training a few weeks before the invasion the initial battle wasn't bad it was what came after it the suicide bombings then blue on blue friendly fire incidents that really freaked me out a little. Couldn't sleep for about two days when home on R&R in the mid summer I seen the vivid image of a young girl laying halved in two from a mahdi army ied. I dont know why I didn't leave the army in 04 when I got home instead I stayed in the military until I was left severely injured and disabled in 2010 in nad-e-ali I wish I had listened to my mother and my girlfriend now my wife at the time when I came home in 04 maybe I just would have my sanity and my limbs on the right side

    38. Máté Kurucz

she soooo f'ing baaaad. i mean for real dude, she bad af

I live in Basra Iraq there was no reason for you guys to get scared to go into Iraq and the host scared you as well obviously the soldier is gonna ask who they are especially around that area but even if they knew who you were they wouldn't have done anything. if you wanted to see the real Iraq come to Karbala Baghdad Basra. btw the 100$ behind the glass is a currency exchange and he takes his precautions there's definitely a weapon hidden near him. I did love the video though.... much love from Basra Iraq.
